Second National Lok Adalat of the Year sheduled for May 10

Bhopal: The second National Lok Adalat of the year will be held on May 10, under the guidance of Principal District and Sessions Judge and Chairman Mano Kumar Srivastava. In a bid to ensure widespread participation and awareness, promotional vehicles were ceremoniously flagged off from the District Court premises in Bhopal.

Equipped with jingles and flex banners, these mobile campaign vans will travel through both urban neighborhoods and remote villages, spreading information about the upcoming Lok Adalat and encouraging people to resolve their legal disputes amicably.

The flag-off event witnessed the presence of several senior judicial and legal officials, including Principal District Judge and Special Judge Rajarshi Srivastava, District Judges Sanjay Kumar Shahi and Santosh Kaul, Chief Judicial Magistrate Agnindh Kumar Dwivedi, DLSA Secretary Sunit Agrawal, District Legal Aid Officer B.M. Singh, and members of the District Bar Association, including President Deepak Khare and General Secretary Manoj Srivastava.

The National Lok Adalat aims to provide an accessible, efficient, and cost-effective platform for dispute resolution, especially for civil, matrimonial, and compoundable criminal cases.
