Bhopal: Media and cinema have an important role in society. Films have the potential to bring positive change in society. Our films are not just stories and stories, they also have a message to empower the nation and society. In today’s digital age, the responsibility of media and cinema has increased even more. Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Backward Classes and Minority Welfare Krishna Gaur was addressing the poster release ceremony of Gwalior Short Film Festival of Satpura Chalchitra Samiti in the auditorium of SEZ University.
Krishna Gaur said that the youth will participate in the Gwalior Short Film Festival and will innovate with their creative and innovative abilities. She said that we are proud of the young generation. The youth has the potential to bring positive change in the country. She said that the youth have an important role in the construction of society and the country.
Mrs Gaur said that through films, important work can be done in the construction of society along with preserving social values, traditions and culture. Satpura Film Committee is doing very good work in this direction. She said that Indian cinema has strengthened our nationalism, social harmony and cultural diversity. She said that the efforts of the committee towards making cinema a medium to connect with the society are commendable.
