Congress holding meetings regarding Lok Sabha elections

In order to prepare for the Lok Sabha elections, Congress meetings are being held continuously in Bhopal. This sequence started from Saturday and is going on continuously.
The trio of State Congress President Jitu Patwari, State in-charge Bhanwar Jitendra Singh and Leader of Opposition Umang Singhar are not only active from the point of view of Lok Sabha elections but are also focused on each seat. According to sources, Congress will declare its candidates in the Lok Sabha elections soon. In the assembly elections, Congress had announced that it would declare its candidates 3 months in advance but BJP had won by doing so earlier. This time Congress wants to take a lesson and declare its candidate soon. According to sources, Jitu Patwari has also started preliminary discussions on the candidates for Lok Sabha elections. This time, preparations are on to field all the leaders like Kamal Nath, Digvijay Singh, Arun Yadav, Tarun Kumar Bhanot, Sajjan Singh Verma, Meenakshi Natarajan, Hiralal Alava, Kantilal Bhuria, Jhuma Solanki in the elections. In Jitu Patwari’s home town Indore, the name of Badnawar MLA Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat is at the top. Apart from these, names of Akshay Kanti Bam, Swapnil Kothari and Arvind Bagri are also there. Names of Manawar MLA Dr. Hiralal Alava, Gajendra Singh Raju Khedi, Honey Baghel and Pratap Grewal are being taken from Dhar seat. The name of Bhikangaon MLA Jhuma Solanki from Khargone seat is considered final. Similarly, Arun Yadav’s fight from Khandwa is also certain. Kantilal Bhuria from Jhabua has also started preparations for the elections. Meenakshi Natarajan’s name from Mandsaur is at the top. The name of Congress MLA Vipin Jain, who defeated Yashpal Singh Sisodia in the assembly elections, can also be considered. Similarly, there are preparations to field Digvijay Singh or Jaivardhan Singh from Rajgarh, Tarun Kumar Bhanot from Jabalpur and Kamal Nath from Chhindwara. There are clear indications that Congress will field many of its MLAs as candidates in the Lok Sabha elections. The names of Vipin Wankhede, Ramlal Malviya and Manoj Chawla are also being considered from Ujjain. Whereas, there are preparations to contest Sajjan Singh Verma, who was MP from Dewas Shajapur in 2009, from here again. Overall, Jitu Patwari is serious about the Lok Sabha elections.
