2 goods trains collide and derail in Punjab

Chandigarh, June 2 (UNI) Two loco pilots were seriously injured when two goods trains collided head on near New Sirhind railway station early Sunday.

Both the trains derailed due to the impact of collision. Loco pilots, who suffered injuries were rushed to Khanna civil hospital first, from where they were referred to Rajindra hospital, Patiala.

Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, in a tweet said, he directed the administration to provide all possible help.
