BSSS Pedal Club all set to leave for Delhi with a crucial message

Chronicle Reporter, Bhopal The College Pedal Club, BSSS, with a team comprising of 10 boys, 5 girls along with the team Coordinators Mr. Vishal Singh Sengar and Mr. Nasir Ali is all set to commence their cycle journey to Delhi to spread a vital message among people for raising awareness. Vishal Sing Sengar told about the club which is active in organising cycle trips for students frequently and about their trips to Sanchi, Samardha, Devas, Sironj, Indore etc for practise to take up this marathon task now. For the present trip, the team needs to cover 100 kms per day, as per the schedule, to cover the proposed journey. The team has been practising regularly and rigorously and putting up efforts for almost 7-8 hours a day. Also, the members have been ensuring proper diet and good health to ensure success to this venture for a noble cause. Principal, Dr. Fr. John PJ told that the students, with their youthful energy, were much interested in spreading awareness about “Clean India” and opted for this novel way for the same. The team would commence their journey on 17th January 2018 from New Market, Bhopal with the launch of its slogan “ Swachch Sasthya Ho Bharat Apna”. PRO, BSSS, Mrs Manju Mehta informed that the team would cycle its way from Bhopal to Delhi spreading the message of cleanliness in the villages and rural areas through Nukkad Natak, Songs, Dances, Posters, Speeches etc. thus joining people in the larger mission of “Clean India”. The Hon’ble Mayor, Bhopal, Mr. Alok Sharma, has extended lavish praises to the team and also encouraged them for their noble endeavour. He has wished the team good luck and all success.
