Youth dies of suicide a day after marriage

Bhopal: In Langarpura village of Berasia, located near the capital Bhopal, a groom committed suicide by hanging, which spread sensation in the entire village. Police said that the groom’s wedding procession had returned from Ashoknagar to Langarpura village on Thursday itself. There was an atmosphere of happiness in the house. But after just one day, the atmosphere of happiness in the house turned into mourning.

According to Berasia police station, 28-year-old Jitendra Kushwaha, resident of Langarpura, Berasia, is married. His wedding procession had gone from Langarpura to Ashok Nagar. The marriage took place with great pomp and on 24th April, he bid farewell to his bride and brought her to Bhopal. Meanwhile, on Friday morning, Jitendra was found hanging from the noose. The family members immediately removed him from the noose and took him to the hospital, but his life could not be saved.

Police said that Jitendra was accused of murder. Just six months ago, he had got bail from the court in a murder case. Police did not find any suicide letter at the spot. The family is not in a position to say anything. Police are investigating from different angles. The reasons for which the groom committed suicide have not been revealed at present. Police have registered the case and after PM handed over the body to the family members.

Son booked for mother’s accidental death

Police have registered a case on Friday against a man in the case of accidental death of his mother. This accident took place in TT Nagar police station area of Bhopal city. Police said that the son was driving the bike. He could not balance the bike on the speed breaker. His mother sitting behind fell and got injured. She died during treatment.

According to TT Nagar police station, Sharda Singh, 47, wife of Bharat Singh, died in Hamidia Hospital. She was going by bike with her son Mukesh Singh. Mother and son live in Raisen district. Both of them had come to Suraj Nagar, Ratibad, to attend a relative’s wedding.

While returning from there, Sharda Singh fell from the bike when bike got disbalanced due to a speed breaker near pulled down Patrakar Bhawan in Malviya Nagar. She was admitted to Hamidia Hospital for treatment at around 2 am on April 21. She died during treatment at around 3 o’clock in the night. After investigation, the police registered a case against the son of Mukesh Singh who was driving the bike. Police registered this case on 26 April.
