Kolkata, Jan 9 (UNI) Uttarakhand Under-23 team needed to score 123 runs more on the fourth and final day against Bengal in the Col C K Nayudu Trophy.
Chasing 294 to win, Uttarakhand were 171/3 at stumps on Day 3 at the 22 Yards, Salt Lake, on Tuesday. Kamal remained unbeaten on 73 while Danu scored a fine 57.
Earlier, after posting 174 in their first innings, Bengal bundled out Uttarakhand for just 129.
While Bengal in their second innings managed to post 248. Prayas Ray Barman top-scored with unbeaten 58. Bora bagged 5 for 61 for Uttarakhand.
