Says new strategy of Cong, first form govt on basis of guarantee, then start looting
Bhopal: Union Minister of State for Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Rajeev Chandrashekhar today said that Congress has made a new strategy, give some guarantee in the states before the elections, form the government on the basis of that and then make that state an ‘ATM’. Let the looting begin.
During discussion with reporters here, Shri Chandrashekhar said that Akhilesh Yadav has said a very good thing about Congress that Congress is a ‘fraud’. Congress has made a new political strategy. Now the party goes to every electoral state and gives some guarantees and after the elections, forgets them and starts saying something else and starts looting that state by turning it into an ‘ATM’ for a family.
He gave the example of his home state Karnataka to support his point. He said that Congress had given five guarantees in Karnataka. Giving allowance to the unemployed was the first guarantee. The party cleverly changed it after the elections and said that it would give allowance only to last year’s graduates, leaving everyone else out of the guarantee. The party also guaranteed to give two thousand rupees per month to the women of every family, but after the elections, it made some more criteria including BPL.
He alleged that Congress had also guaranteed two thousand units of free electricity, but now in Karnataka, 50 farmers have committed suicide in three months due to lack of electricity and other such reasons. This is the real situation of the government coming on the basis of guarantee.
He said that recently Rs 109 crore was recovered from the house of a contractor close to Congress leader DK Shivakumar in Karnataka. The state government has not fulfilled the guarantee, but has started making Karnataka ATM.
In the same sequence, he said that Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel is also in the same condition. Betting apps are illegal and criminal elements are behind them, but Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel is taking money from such elements. Regarding former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Kamal Nath, he said that his connections are international.
