There is double responsibility after coming to assembly: CM

Bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said on Tuesday that after becoming members of the Legislative Assembly, MLAs have double responsibility, one for their own Assembly and at the same time for the betterment of the state.

Dr. Yadav was addressing the inaugural session of the two-day enlightenment program organized for the newly elected members of Madhya Pradesh Legislative Assembly here. During this, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla and Assembly Speaker Narendra Singh Tomar also addressed.

The Chief Minister said that the meaning of enlightenment is that before training, we should immerse ourselves in that subject, in our conduct, behavior, knowledge and if we adopt the feeling of uniting our subtle body and external body, then it means Is enlightenment.

The Chief Minister said that there cannot be a greater enlightenment of today’s democracy than the realization that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given for the first time by bowing his head at the threshold of Parliament, the temple of democracy.

He said that whether it is the Lok Sabha or the Assembly, the members there come to the Assembly with the respect, honor, feelings and trust of lakhs of voters through a large population. After coming to the Assembly, MLAs definitely come with double responsibility. One is not only responsible for one’s assembly, but also has the responsibility for the betterment of the state.

The Chief Minister said that when we enter the Assembly, this Assembly works like a school to learn many new lessons in life.
