Bhopal: From today the system of cyber tehsil has been implemented in all the districts of MP. After this, the transfer of name will take place in favor of the buyer within 15 days of registration. No separate application will have to be made for this. Similarly, for undisputed transfer of name, all the parties will not need to come to the Tehsil office.
CM Mohan Yadav met Union Minister Amit Shah and invited him to inaugurate this system, which he accepted.
The Chief Minister said that the government is determined to fulfill the guarantees given by PM Modi to the people of Madhya Pradesh. In this sequence, it has been decided to implement the concept of Cyber Tehsil in the entire state from January 1, 2024.
Khasra-map can also be corrected immediately
With the use of modern technology, the transfer of name will be done in favor of the buyer within 15 days of the registry in a transparent manner without any application and the Khasra-Naksha can also be improved immediately. In the first phase, this process is being implemented only in such undisputed cases where the sale is of entire measles. After this, it will be implemented in all types of undisputed transfer and partition cases.
With the online, paperless and faceless process of name transfer through Cyber Tehsil, the governance will move in the direction of ‘Good Governance to Suraj’. The Union Home Minister has accepted the request to launch the cyber tehsil system.
