- Recruitment notice for total 22 posts released

There will soon be appointments for permanent posts of specialist doctors in Bhopal Memorial Hospital and Research Center BMHRC. Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) has issued recruitment notice for appointment to 3 posts of Professor and 19 posts of Assistant Professor in BMHRC. The names of the departments in which doctors are to be appointed to faculty posts are Cardiology, Cardiac Thoracic and Vascular Surgery CTVS, Gastro Medicine, Nephrology, Urology, Pulmonary Medicine, Surgical Oncology, Neurology, Gastro Surgery, Neurosurgery, Microbiology, Transfusion Medicine. This recruitment information is available on the ICMR website. Candidates will have to fill an online form to apply for these posts. The link of which is given in the recruitment information available on the ICMR website. The last date to apply for these posts is 16 February. Dr. Manisha Srivastava, Director-in-charge of BMHRC, said that we hope that most of the vacant faculty posts will be filled through this appointment process. This will greatly benefit the patients coming to the hospital and the gas affected patients will also not have to face any kind of problem.
At present, Assistant Professors working in many departments of BMHRC are working on contract posts. All of them can apply for these posts. Dr. Srivastava said that BMHRC is developing as a leading post graduate institute in Central India. PG courses are being run in some departments including Anesthesiology, Ophthalmology, Microbiology. BMHRC is affiliated to Madhya Pradesh Medical Science University, Jabalpur. A medical college with 100 seats is also expected to start in the institute from the new academic session.
