Mobile app will be used to monitor 10th-12th exams

To ensure that there are no irregularities in the class 10th and 12th board exams to be held in February, the Board of Secondary Education will monitor the exam papers through a mobile app this year. Along with this, Collector representatives will also be able to leave the examination center only one hour after the commencement of the examination. Actually, this arrangement is being made to maintain the confidentiality of the question papers of the examination.

In the guidelines issued to the schools, the MP Board said that the question papers of the examination will be kept in the police stations nearest to the examination centre. On every examination day, one collector representative will go along with the center head or assistant center head of the concerned examination center to collect question papers from the police station. An app will be downloaded on the mobile phone of the District Collector representative. On the basis of that, tracking of delivery of papers from the police station to the examination center will be done.

This will be the arrangement at examination centers
Collector representatives will reach the examination center and ensure that everyone’s mobile phones at the center are switched off and sealed.

No paper will be opened in the center head’s room or control room. Collector representatives will be present at the center till 10 am, their appointment should be done by January 15.

In the absence of the Collector representative, the concerned Center Head, Collector or District Panchayat CEO can be informed over telephone and take action to withdraw the question paper from the police station.

Question papers of 10th-12th board exam will be monitored through mobile app to maintain confidentiality. In this regard, related guidelines have been issued to the heads and principals of the examination centers of the state.
