Singhar raises questions on fire in Lokayukta office

Bhopal: Leader of Opposition in Madhya Pradesh Assembly Umang Singhar, while raising questions on the fire in the Lokayukta office complex in the capital Bhopal, today said that where there is investigation under the rule of Bharatiya Janata Party, there is fire.

Singhar said on Twitter that the incident of fire in Bhopal Lokayukta office is not shocking. Vallabh Bhawan has caught fire several times. He alleged that whatever was to be burnt has been burnt, now the secrets which were recorded in the files of Lokayukta office were burnt.

Questioning the fire that broke out on Sunday, Singhar said that how did the fire break out in Bhopal Lokayukta when all the offices are closed on Sunday. The question is important and also forces one to think as to why fire occurs again and again in the same offices which are involved in the investigation of some issue. In this sequence, he said that under BJP rule, where there is an investigation, there is a fire.

A massive fire broke out in the Lokayukta office in the capital Bhopal on Sunday afternoon. After several hours of hard work it could be controlled. According to the official information given in this regard late at night, unused material for the maintenance work of the office had caught fire. On receiving the information, immediate arrangements for the fire brigade were made through Municipal Corporation Bhopal and the fire was extinguished on time. Only useless materials were burnt in the fire. Apart from this, no other official documents were burnt and no government records were damaged.
