Union Home Minister Amit Shah is set to visit Madhya Pradesh, following in the footsteps of PM Modi and Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, to bolster BJP’s campaign efforts for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.

Shah’s visit, scheduled for April 11, 2024, will focus on the Mandla and Katni districts, strategically important regions for the electoral battle ahead. Notably, Rahul Gandhi’s recent public address in Mandla’s Dhanora village has set the stage for heightened political activity in the area.

Itinerary for Shah’s Visit

Commencing his tour from Jabalpur Dumna Airport at 11:10 AM on Thursday, Shah will swiftly proceed to Mandla Police Ground via helicopter. By noon, he is slated to address a big public gathering, throwing his weight behind BJP candidate Faggan Singh Kulaste in Mandla.

Following the Mandla leg of his campaign, Shah will board a helicopter at 1:00 PM bound for Katni Barhi. There, at 2:00 PM, he will deliver another crucial speech, extending his support to BJP contender Vishnu Datt Sharma.

Concluding his engagements in Katni, Shah will return to Jabalpur, from where he will depart for Nanded, Maharashtra, at 3:25 PM, marking the conclusion of a day packed with strategic political maneuvers.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah, contesting the 2024 Lok Sabha elections from Gandhinagar, Gujarat, is spearheading BJP’s electoral efforts across the nation. The BJP’s preliminary candidate list, which includes stalwarts like Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, underscores the party’s intent and focus as the electoral battle intensifies.
