Bhopal: Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will launch Sampada 2.0 software of Registration and Stamp Department on October 10. The launch will take place at 1 pm in Kushabhau Thackeray International Convention Center. Finance and Commercial Tax Minister Jagdish Devda said that this is an important step of the state government towards making the property registration process digital. New rules of registry have been implemented in the state. The implementation of the pilot project of this advanced software has been successfully completed in Guna, Harda, Dindori and Ratlam districts. It will be implemented in all 55 districts of the state on the coming Thursday.

Sampada 2.0 will identify with e-KYC. Its features include GIS mapping of property, biometric identification and automatic formatting of documents. In this system, documents will be executed with e-sign and digital signature, which will eliminate the need to bring witnesses. Personal presence in the sub-registrar office will no longer be required for registration of some documents. Communication with the registration officer will be done through video conferencing, and in many cases no interaction will be required. Provision of video KYC has also been made for identification of the person.

Document will be executed with e-sign and digital signature for registration. E-copy of documents will be available through Digi Locker, WhatsApp, and e-mail. There will also be a facility to create e-stamp. The property search process has been made more simple.

Sampada 2.0 – Special Mobile App

Sampada 2.0 Special Mobile App has also been launched. This innovation will not only be convenient for the general public, but will also help in establishing MP as a leading state in the direction of e-governance. This initiative will also smoothly operate the state’s revenue collection through cyber tehsils and digital processes.
