New Delhi, June 2 (UNI) Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to hold a series of key meetings with top officials at the PMO on Sunday ranging from cyclone Remal damage assessment to the ongoing heatwave conditions across North India, as per the official sources.
The review meetings with officials that come after his whirlwind election campaign of nearly three months ending with a 45-hour meditation at Vivekananda Memorial in Kanyakumari, followed by an across the board exit polls predicting his third term, will also include brainstorming for the first 100-day agenda in Modi 3.0.
This strategic meeting, expected to be an extensive discussion, will outline the Modi government’s priorities and action plans for the coming months.
The Prime Minister will through the day hold the meetings on a wide range of topics with the top bureaucrats at his residence here.
In the first meeting, PM Modi is expected to review post cyclone Remal situations especially in the Northeast to assess the damage left behind.
Following which, he will hold a meeting to review the heatwave situation in the country. Most parts especially North West India has been reeling under severe heatwave with maximum temperatures breaching 50 degrees Celsius marks.
PM Modi will also chair a meeting to finalise the preparations to celebrate World Environment Day, an annual event observed on June 5.
