- Notices issued to consumers in Bhopal

The electricity company has started sending notices to those houses in the capital Bhopal which have two meters installed.
Along with this, the electricity company has started KYC of consumers to check two meters, so that the meter connection of those who have installed two meters in one house and are taking subsidy can be disconnected.
Attention all electricity consumers: The electricity company has started the KYC process through the Samagra ID of consumers. This process will be done through Nishtha App and Upay App.
The company has cautioned consumers that during the process their mobile numbers should be registered on the Samagra portal and the internet connection should be strong.
This will prevent any problem in receiving OTP. Sometimes there may be a delay in receiving OTP due to weak connectivity.
