Bhopal: As a modernisation spree, many types of new machines are being purchased in the Physiotherapy Department of Kasturba Hospital, BHEL, Bhopal. In this sequence, the new diathermy machine inducted into the department was inaugurated the other day by Dr. Mrs. Alpana Tiwari (General Manager & Head- Medical Services).
This new diathermy machine will help in the diagnosis of diseases like back pain, cervical spondylitis, knee pain, frozen solder, joint pain etc. Earlier, new interferential machines were also installed in the physiotherapy department for providing better medical services.
On this occasion, Dr. Ranjan Sinha, Dr. Pradeep Saini, Dr. Girish Pratap, Dr. Porus, Dr. Arun and all the employees and staff of the department were present. The patients visiting the hospital for medical care will be getting the benefit of all these machines. Continuous efforts are being made to expand the facilities for the treatment of patients in the hospital.
