- The accused were absconding in the crime under IPC 462/19 Section 302 IPC of Ashoka Garden police station
Bhopal : To control crime and criminals in the city, Police Commissioner Bhopal Harinarayanachari Mishra and Additional Police Commissioner Bhopal Awadhesh Goswami were directed to take action to arrest the accused.
In pursuance of the above instructions, under the guidance of Deputy Commissioner of Police Crime Shrutkirti Somvanshi and Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police Crime Shailendra Singh Chauhan, Assistant Police Crime Commissioner Mukhtar Qureshi, Police Station Incharge Crime Branch Ashok Maravi and his team were deployed in Patarsi to search for the accused in the city.
A permanent warrant issued by the Court of Honorable Fifth Additional Sessions Judge on 20.06.2023 No. 462/19 Section 302 IPC, in the case of deceased Piyush Jain, father Pawan Jain, absconding accused Saddam, father Mohammad Shahid, age 27 years, resident of M. No. 4 Street No. 2 Big Wali Masjid Kumharpura Police Station Jahangirabad Hall Address Behind Brass Temple Street No. 02 Banganga Square Bhopal and Pallavi alias Sita age 23 years resident House No. 4, Street No. 2, Big Mosque Kumharpura Police Station, Jahangirabad Hall Address House. No. 242 A Mustafa Bhai’s House Behind Mohammadi Masjid Pragati Nagar Ashoka Garden Bhopal. After being informed, both the accused were handed over to Ashoka Garden police station.
