Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)’s Ashish Dubey defeated Congress’ Dinesh Yadav by more than three lakh votes from Jabalpur Lok Sabha seat of Madhya Pradesh and retained the party’s hold on the seat.
According to official information, Dubey got seven lakh 90 thousand 133 votes. Congress’ Dinesh Yadav got three lakh three thousand 459 votes. In this way, BJP candidate Dubey defeated Congress candidate Yadav by four lakh 86 thousand 674 votes and retained the party’s hold on the seat.
