AIIMS hosts emergency care training for medical officers

Bhopal : In a bid to bolster emergency medical services across Madhya Pradesh, the Department of Medicine at AIIMS Bhopal is organizing a comprehensive three-day training program focused on Emergency Care.

The initiative targets 26 medical officers from five districts, aiming to furnish them with indispensable skills and knowledge to elevate patient care standards. Professor (Dr.) Ajai Singh, Executive Director of AIIMS Bhopal, inaugurated the program, stressing the paramount importance of continuous learning and skill refinement in the medical domain. He urged participants to seize the opportunity to broaden their expertise in emergency care.

Professor (Dr.) Rajneesh Joshi, Dean (Academic) at AIIMS Bhopal, emphasized the pivotal role of the training sessions. Topics covered include Basic Life Support, Trauma, Critical Care, and Acute Care. Dr. Joshi expressed confidence that the program would significantly enhance the capabilities of all attendees, enabling them to render superior health services and treatment.

Scheduled to conclude on March 22, the training program aims to equip medical officers with the requisite tools and knowledge to adeptly handle emergency scenarios, ensuring optimal care provision to patients in distress.
