53 officers transferred in BHEL

  • 17 officers will come to Bhopal from Delhi-Noida, possibility of transfer of 200 more officers
  • Benefit of new transfer policy, now officers needed at units and sites

Under the new transfer policy in Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), 53 officers of Delhi and Noida have been transferred.

The reason behind this is believed to be that more need of officers is being felt at the units and sites, because BHEL Maharatna company is full of orders and there is shortage of workers. Hence, Delhi Corporate has issued transfer orders. According to the information received, about 17 officers posted in Delhi have been transferred to the Bhopal unit. Similarly, officers have been sent to other units also. Overall, officers have also benefited from the new transfer policy. According to the information, Rajkumar Aggarwal, Sapan Kumar Das, Saurav Kumar, Dinesh Kumar Soni, Rakesh Vishnoi, Amit Chaudhary, Sarvesh Kumar, SK Gupta, AK Gupta, Madhur Awasthi, Tejpal Singh Saini, Farhan Ahmed, Jitendra Kumar Verma, Shalendra Kumar are in Bhopal. These 17 officers including Yadav, Satendra Kumar, Nishith Khare, Madhusudan Kole have got a chance to come to their hometown Bhopal unit. Similarly, about 200 more officers are likely to be transferred soon.

Initiative of CMD and Director HR

It has been said that due to excess work at units and sites, BHEL’s CMD and Director Human Resources have made such transfers under the new transfer policy. It seems that BHEL will increase the pace of production even further in the next financial year.
