5.3-magnitude quake hits Vanuatu Islands – GFZ

Hong Kong, May 4 (UNI) An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.3 hit Vanuatu Islands at 0317 GMT on Saturday, the GFZ German Research Center for Geosciences said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 174.4 km, was initially determined to be at 14.63 degrees south latitude and 167.18 degrees east longitude.
