Mumbai, Sep 28 (UNI) Yatra Online, India’s leading corporate travel services provider, listed its share price on discount on both bourses on Thursday.
On the BSE, it got listed at Rs 130 per share, a discount of 8.45 per cent compared to the issue price of Rs 142.
On the NSE, it got listed at Rs 127.50 per share, 10.2 percent lower than the issue price of Rs 142.
The initial public offering (IPO) of Yatra Online received bids for 4,98,92,430 shares, as against 3,09,42,356 shares on offer. The issue was subscribed to 1.61 times.
The issue opened for bidding on September 15, 2023, and it closed on September 20, 2023. The price band of the IPO was fixed at Rs 135–142 per share.
