Bhopal: The entire Madhya Pradesh is in the grip of intense heat due to the hot winds coming from Rajasthan. The effect of heat is being seen since morning even today. The harshness of the sun is continuously persisting. There is a heat wave alert at many places in the state today. At the same time, severe heat waves can blow in Sidhi, Satna and Chhatarpur.
Scientists of Meteorological Center Bhopal said that the effect of heat waves can be seen during the day in some other places including Guna, Bhind, Morena, Shivpuri, Gwalior, Datia in the north-western part of the state. At the same time, the effect of heat wave can be seen at some places in Singrauli, Sidhi, Rewa, Mauganj, Satna, Maihar, Shahdol, Umaria, Panna, Damoh, Sagar, Chhatarpur, Tikamgarh and Niwari districts of the north east. At the same time, the effect of severe heat waves can be seen in Sidhi, Satna and Chhatarpur districts. Meanwhile, there is also a possibility of drizzle at some other places including Bhind and Datia.
Some relief from June 1
Meteorologists said that cyclonic circulation is active over northwestern Uttar Pradesh up to a height of 1.5 km above the mean sea level and moisture is also coming from the Arabian Sea. Due to this, some relief from heat is expected in the state from Jume 1.
The heat wave continues in the capital Bhopal and its surrounding areas. The sunshine remained strong in the morning, due to which the effect of severe heat remained. The night temperature here was recorded at 30.4 degree Celsius.
