New Delhi, Jan 3 (UNI) The Supreme Court will hear on Wednesday the plea of Trinamool Congress MP Mahua Moitra challenging her recent expulsion from the Lok Sabha over allegations of unethical conduct.
Senior Advocate Abhishek Manu Singhvi will argue the case of Moitra before a bench of Justice Sanjiv Khanna and Justice Dipankar Datta.
Earlier on December 13, the same bench had refused to grant an early date for the hearing of her plea as the Apex Court was closed for winter vacation.
