PM Modi turn dreams into reality: Yogi

Meerut (UP), Mar 31 (UNI) Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Sunday lauded the unwavering trust of Uttar Pradesh in Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s guarantee, emphasizing that the entire nation shares this confidence.

While seeking support in favour of Bhartiya Janata Party ((BJP) the CM said that PM Modi does not just weave dreams, but also turns them into reality which is why, the nation is electing him repeatedly.

He said, “Modi’s guarantee means PM Kisan Samman Nidhi for 12 crore farmers, housing for four crore poor, gas cylinders for cooking in 10 crore poor households, toilets in 12 crore houses, free ration for 80 crore poor, health insurance cover of five lakh for 60 crore poor.”

Yogi appealed for the victory of Arun Govil from Meerut, Pradeep Chaudhary from Kairana, Sanjeev Baliyan from Muzaffarnagar, Chandan Chauhan, the NDA candidate from Bijnor and Rajkumar Sangwan from Baghpat. He said that India is speaking in one voice, ‘Fir Ek Baar, Modi Sarkar’.

He highlighted significant transformations in the region over the past decade. He said that under Congress and SP tenures, the area grappled with riots, flawed policing, and frequent curfews.

The CM underscored the detrimental effects of societal divisions based on caste and familial affiliations, impacting livelihoods, safety, and economic progress during previous governments.

He said, “Presently, the BJP and its allies are steadfastly committed to advancing PM Modi’s vision of a developed India, contrasted with divisive forces seeking to divide society based on family and caste, creating social tensions.”

Yogi said that this election is not just an election, but it’s about showing the right place to those who have worked to divide society. “This election is between ‘family first’ versus ‘nation first’, ‘mafia rule’ versus ‘rule of law’, ‘corruption’ versus ‘zero tolerance’, ‘appeasement’ versus ‘inclusive development’, ‘selfish families’ versus ‘Modi’s family’, and ‘casteism’ versus ‘poor welfare’,” said.

He mentioned that on one side, there’s a government working for development and on the other, people of the unholy alliance are hatching plots to create disbelief among people. “We have to decide whether we want curfews or pilgrimages in the future”, he said.

The CM expressed that conferring the ‘Bharat Ratna’ upon former Prime Minister Chaudhary Charan Singh is a tribute to the messiah of farmers. He conveyed the heartfelt gratitude of farmers from UP and across the nation towards the PM for this gesture.

He urged the public to continue supporting the NDA in UP, citing their victories in 2014, 2017, 2019, and 2022 under PM Modi’s leadership. He appealed for their blessings once again in the upcoming 2024 elections.
