Washington, Feb 25 (UNI) An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.0 jolted 44 km South South East of Tari in Papua New Guinea early on Sunday, , the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The quake struck at 5-29 am Indian Standard Time.
The epicentre, with a depth of 10 km, was initially determined to be at 6.23 degrees south latitude and 143.08 degrees east longitude.
