Cadets of Madhya Pradesh-Chhattisgarh NCC Directorate have achieved important achievements in the horse riding competition held for Republic Day 2024.
9 cadets participated in the horse riding competition and won a total of 6 medals including 3 gold medals for the first time. Captain Rahul Gupta said that MP-CG Directorate has got third place in the medal table. Senior officials of the Directorate congratulated the winning cadets.
It is noteworthy that various competitions in horse riding were held from 4 to 16 January for the Republic Day in New Delhi, in which SGT Suhana Gambhir and Cadet Rahul Baghel got gold medals, Abhishek got silver, Tribhuvan and Ankit Kharate got bronze medals. Captain Gupta said that SGT Suhana Gambhir got the best rider trophy in the girls category. Best tent pegger trophy was won by Cadet Rahul Baghel.
