Bhopal: Amid the ongoing second phase of assessments for class XII students, the Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE) has announced a bonus of 2 marks for students in Chemistry. Additionally, due to errors found in the model answers for four mathematics questions, students will also receive marks if solved using alternative methods.
MPBSE has issued instructions to reassess students’ copies following the resolution of discrepancies in the model answer keys for other subjects. Notably, errors have been identified in Mathematics and English, affecting seven subjects at the class XII level.
Specifically, a mistake was detected in the second point of question 5 in Set A. Students attempting Sets B, C, and D will also receive bonus marks. Similarly, an error was noted in point 6 of Question 2, with students attempting any set eligible for the additional marks.
