Irregularities have come to the fore in the charge of senior posts in the School Education Department. The charge of senior posts is given to the upper post. In the department, the headmaster gets the charge of lecturer, but now, instead of giving him the charge of lecturer, he is being made the high school principal directly.
In this regard, Director KK Dwivedi of Directorate of Public Instruction (DPI) has issued instructions. In the instructions issued to all district education officers, it has been said that from last August 29, 755 headmasters of secondary schools have been given the higher post of lecturer. Due to the vacancy of the post of high school principal, the charge of the higher post of high school principal has to be given to the headmaster of the secondary school, who has been given the charge of the higher post in the lecturer cadre. The list of teachers eligible for counseling and district-wise has been sent in the sequence of instructions to organize counseling for posting in the instructions of DPI.
All the teachers included in the list under the district will have to compulsorily be present in the office on Friday for this counselling. Apart from this, a list of vacant posts has also been sent. After examining the District Education Officer list, if any of these posts are filled or allotted in the previous counseling, then remove it and get the option from the concerned. Make this list available to all the teachers who are involved in the counseling.
So that they can choose the school of their choice, the selected teachers who remain absent for this counseling will be deprived of the charge of the higher post of Principal High School from Principal Higher Secondary School. Later no claims and objections of any kind will be accepted.
