Cooperative Minister Sarang takes charge in room located at the Ministry and conducts reviews

Sports and Youth Welfare and Cooperation Minister Vishwas Kailash Sarang, while reviewing the Cooperative Department, directed the officials to ensure the implementation of the vision and 54-initiatives of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Cooperation Minister Amit Shah within the time limit. For this, he instructed for making a separate desk in the office.
Minister Sarang reviewed the Cooperative Department in the Ministry on Monday. Minister Sarang gave necessary guidelines to the concerned to work on important dimensions and innovations of the department. He asked to determine and monitor measures for better governance in cooperative institutions. He gave instructions to incorporate technology to bring transparency in departmental activities. Sarang also discussed the current situation, challenges and future action plan in the banking system.
Also asked to implement Internet Banking RTGS
Minister Sarang gave instructions to work towards establishing a good corporate governance system in cooperatives including cooperative thinking camps for departmental innovations. He also asked to implement internet banking RTGS as per RBI norms in the cooperative bank system.
