Bhopal: This year too, as per every year, Shri Hindu Utsav Samiti is organizing Holi procession starting from Dayanand Chowk under the leadership of Sanatan Dharma’s most revered saint, Udasin Akhara chief Mahant Kanhaiya Das ji, Mahant Anil Anand ji, Pandit Ramjeevan Dubey ji and saints. The procession began from Dayanand Chowk in Janakpuri and concluded in the presence of dignitaries. Convener Bhagwandas Dhalia told that this time a grand procession on Holi was taken out under the leadership of saints and community leaders.
Mainly the latest machines showering colors, gulal and flowers at Bhawani Chowk, 0flags, banners, tableaux of Radha Krishna playing Holi, the city’s famous DJ, groups of youths dancing on beating of drums and plates danced continuously for about half an hour. Troupes and Horiyaras in special forms were the main attractions. On this occasion, heads of various societies, MP candidate Alok Sharma, BCCL President Manoj Rathore, Zone President Devendra Bhargava, Councilor Shailesh Sahu, thousands of dignitaries of Hindu society, senior journalists and committee president Santosh Sahu, General Secretary Subodh Jain were present.
Kailash Sahu, Arun Aggarwal, Vikas Soni, Kailash Songara, Shiv Yadav, Rakesh Kukreja, Atul Gheghat, Narendra Singh Thakur, Devendra Singh Bana, in-charge Shailendra Sahu, Mukesh Solanki, Ashok Sankle, Ravi Pawar Sanjay Gupta, Manoj Soni, etc. participated enthusiastically.
