Bhopal: 20-year-old Anjali Bansal committed suicide by hanging herself on Sunday morning in Sunder Nagar, Ashoka Garden. She was staying in a rented house. Police did not find any suicide note from the spot. The landlady told the police that the room was taken on rent on the pretext that she was married. At the time of the incident, her husband had gone to Indore to collect goods.
Ashoka Garden police station in-charge Vandana Lakra said that Anjali had come to Bhopal with Hari Singh Dhanak about one and a half months ago to get married. On Sunday morning at 8.30 am, the landlord saw Anjali Bansal (20), resident of Indore, hanging. He later informed the police. Police reached the spot, removed the body and sent it to Hamidia Hospital for postmortem. Anjali and Hari Singh had come to Bhopal from Indore on February 12 with the intention of marriage. Hari Singh does private work in Bhopal. The relatives of the deceased have been informed. The clear reason will emerge.
Youth hangs self
A youth working in a private company committed suicide by hanging himself. Before taking this step, the bank details ID was written on a paper. Ashoka Garden Police said that 28-year-old Ausad Ghunghrale, resident of Subhash Colony, worked in a private company. Father is working as a gardener in the board office. Hanged himself at home at 10.30 am on Monday. Police are recording statements of relatives to find out the reason.
