- Tributes paid to Vajpayee
Bhopal: Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan garlanded the statue of former Prime Minister Bharat Ratna Late Atal Bihari Vajpayee near Shaurya Smarak Chauraha. State BJP President Shri VD Sharma, Medical Education Minister Shri Vishwas Sarang, MLA Shri Rameshwar Sharma, Bhopal Mayor Smt. Malti Rai, MLA Smt. Krishna Gaur, Shri Sumit Pachauri and many dignitaries were present on the occasion.
Chief Minister Shri Chouhan recalled the contribution of Atal ji. CM Shri Chouhan said that the whole country adores Atal ji. Along with this, Chouhan while mentioning the contribution of Saint Ramakrishna Paramhans on his death anniversary said that Saint Paramhans ji created a personality like Swami Vivekananda ji. Chief Minister Shri Chouhan recalled the role played by Rani Avanti Bai in the freedom movement on her birth anniversary.
