New Delhi, May 1 (UNI) Within hours after receiving bomb threats in multiple schools across Delhi and the National Capital Region on Wednesday, the Delhi Police assured public and parents that there was no need to panic as nothing objectionable was detected till noon amid thorough searches by numerous teams across the premises.
The police said that they have conducted a thorough search in all such schools and prima facie the mass mails sent to many schools across the national capital territory, including Noida, Greater Noida, appeared to be a hoax.
Nothing has been recovered from any schools so far, the police said, requesting the public not to panic and maintain peace.
In a social media post on X, the Delhi Police said, “Some schools of Delhi received E-mails regarding bomb threats. Police have conducted thorough check of all such schools as per protocol.
