Bihar CM calls upon teachers to inculcate moral values in students

Patna, (UNI) Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Monday called upon teachers to inculcate moral values in students to prepare them for their immense contribution to the country.

Kumar, while extending greetings to teachers on eve of Teachers’ day tomorrow, said that they should devote all their energy to prepare younger generation as good citizens of the country.

Teachers should inculcate moral values in students so that they could remain committed to cause of national interest and play their roles accordingly, he added.

The Chief Minister also recalled the contribution of former President Dr Sarvapalli Radhakrishnan to the country on whose birth anniversary Teachers’ day was celebrated. It was time for teachers to get inspiration from Dr Radhakrishnan and infuse spirit of love, brotherhood and mutual coexistence among students, he noted.
