Bhopal to Ayodhya and Udaipur train starts

Kamlesh Sen, member of Rail Users Advisory Committee, West Central Railway, met Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav in Bhopal and submitted a demand letter highlighting the issues related to the facilities of railway passengers. Demand has been made to start new trains from Bhopal to Ayodhya, Bhopal to Udaipur, Bhopal-Kota, Bhopal-Gwalior and extension of Kota-Hisar Express up to Rani Kamalapati.

During the meeting, he told the Railway Minister to give back the closed stops at small stations, construct toilets at railway stations for the convenience of women passengers and ramps at the main entrance of the station premises for the convenience of the disabled. Bhopal-Indore overnight intercity will be named Kanakshringa Express, TV screens will be installed at Ujjain Junction so that railway passengers and those waiting for their trains on the platform can easily have the divine aarti and darshan of Baba Mahakal, the express starting from Bhopal. Important issues of passengers like increasing sleeper coaches in trains, reducing parking charges in Bhopal division were kept prominent. Demanded to run Bhopal to Singrauli to Bhopal, Bhopal Lucknow Bhopal Express daily instead of weekly. Also requested to resume operation of Jhansi Itarsi Passenger.
