Kakinada, May 29 (UNI) Over fifty workers engaged in fieldwork under Mahatma Gandhi Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGREGS) at Burugu Gunta village in Konaseema region suffered injuries when honey bees attacked them, biting them indiscriminately, making them run helter-skelter for life, 50 km from here on Wednesday, police said.
Twenty of them who suffered severe injuries were admitted to the government hospital at P.Gannavaram, where their condition is stated to be out of danger, police added.
