Moscow, Apr 4 (UNI) Two people were dead and 15 others injured after strong winds hit the Russian capital Moscow on Wednesday, according to city Mayor Sergei Sobyanin.
Wind velocity reached more than 21 meters per second, prompting the city to close large municipal parks and other open public places, Sobyanin said on Telegram.
All injured people have been provided with the necessary medical care, and city services are taking all measures to eliminate the consequences, Sobyanin added.
