“Technology will be invaluable for higher education”

  • Students laud CM Yadav for laptop scheme

Bhopal: Brilliant students across Madhya Pradesh have expressed heartfelt gratitude to Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav and the state government for providing financial assistance to purchase laptops under the Laptop Distribution Scheme for Meritorious Students.

Neishu Pandit, a student of Subhash Excellence School who scored 97% in Class 12 and made it to the state merit list, said, “I aspire to become a Chartered Accountant, and technology is essential for my studies. With the Rs 25,000 support from the Hon’ble Chief Minister, I will now be able to buy a laptop. This will play a crucial role in my academic journey.”

Pranjal Kushwaha, who secured fourth place in the state commerce merit list from the same school, also thanked the Chief Minister, adding, “I am preparing for CA. This laptop will be immensely helpful for online classes and note-making.”

Eleven girls from PM SHRI Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Bhopal, also received the grant and thanked the CM for his support.

Dr. Yadav distributed the funds at a special event at Kushabhau Thakre Convention Center. This year, Rs 235.58 crore has been allocated to 94,234 students across the state, including Rs 10.81 crore to 4,327 students in Bhopal alone, to help them purchase laptops and embrace digital learning.
