Police giving self-defense training to children

Police Commissionerate Bhopal has been running Srujan program in collaboration with social service organizations for the safety and overall development of boys and girls living in various slums of the capital Bhopal for the last 3 years. So far, 2000 girls and 300 boys of the capital Bhopal have been trained through this program. On Monday, 100 girls and 30 boys were given training by the Police Commissionerate and Aarambh Sansthan in the slum located in Bhim Nagar. Under this program, children are not only given information about sexual crimes, child crimes, crimes related to women, human rights, child rights. Along with this, career counseling and how to achieve success in examinations are also told. This program is being conducted under the guidance of DIG Community Policing Dr. Vineet Kapoor by Subedar Rituraj Wariva, Master Trainer Govind Pal, Constable Ashish Mewada, Lady Constable Jyoti Lahariya and Constable Anuj Tomar and Renu and Furkan from Aarambh Sanstha.
