Bhopal: The Inspire program designed for newly promoted officers of BHEL, Bhopal Unit began the other day. The training program is aimed at ensuring their smooth transition into the new role. Rupesh Telang, General Manager (Feeders) was present as the chief guest in the program. While blessing all the participants, he focused on three important aspects and inspired everyone for timely work execution, diversification and cash receipt. The program was presided over by Swagata S. Saxena, Additional General Manager (Human Resource Development Centre).
The program comprises session on vision, mission and values, business scenario and challenges, business communication, achievement orientation, personal finance, safety and HSE guidelines, promotion of Hindi language, team building and conflict management, developing quality consciousness using case study methodology, Topics like customer focus, health awareness, preventive vigilance, work policy, purchase policy, customer focus, progress gallery etc. shall also be covered during the program.
