After securing the arrest of Dr Ashoka, the police have taken him on remand in the case of kidnapping of innocent girls on the pretext of girls’ feast in the capital. On Thursday, the court granted four-day remand of accused Dr Ashok to the police. In this case, the police has to interrogate the accused Dr. Ashok on many important questions. DCP Riyaz Iqbal said that the police will take all the accused to Delhi. The accused were running two hospitals in a rented building. Detailed statements of their landlords will be recorded. Dr. Ashok Kumar has also been made an accused in the case. Two lists of unwanted deliveries for the years 2022 and 2023 have been received from the accused. In which there is a record of unwanted delivery. If sources are to be believed, the police will now verify them. Where are those children and who has them? The police have increased the sections in the same case. Sections under JJ Act, wrongful imprisonment of a kidnapped person, section 120B and 34 IPC have been increased against the accused. Earlier, the police had registered a case under human trafficking and kidnapping. At present, the police have so far arrested seven accused in this case. According to the information, Dr. Ashok Kumar son of Dhan Singh, aged 33, resident of Pachhapatti village of Palwal district of Haryana, has helped in illegal delivery with Shakti. Angel was born in the same hospital in Delhi. The registration of his hospital is also being checked. A letter has also been written to Delhi Police for this. After which Delhi Police can also register a case.

Accused Shakti Devi alias Seema says that Akiro is not Archana’s daughter. Dr. Shakti told the police that Akiro is her daughter. She is the child of her former live-in partner who has passed away. She had secretly got Akiro delivered. Even my parents were not aware of this. She had separated from her first husband many years ago. At present, the police is conducting DNA test of all three, Angel, Archana and Akiro.
