14th State-Level Kaizen competition in Bhopal

  • Highlights the spirit of continuous improvement

The 14th edition of the Madhya Pradesh State-Level Kaizen Competition, hosted by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Madhya Pradesh, concluded with great enthusiasm in Bhopal. The event brought together over 25 teams from diverse organizations, each presenting impactful Kaizen projects that underscored the enduring value of continuous improvement in the industrial ecosystem.

More than just a competition, the event served as a dynamic platform for knowledge exchange, peer learning, and celebrating innovation at all levels of the organization. It was a reflection of the unwavering commitment of industries towards building a culture of operational excellence.

Ayush Goswami, Chief Operating Officer, Hind Pharma, in his address, emphasized that the spirit of Kaizen permeates every layer of an organization—from CEOs to frontline assembly line workers. He highlighted Kaizen as a collaborative journey where collective efforts drive incremental yet transformative change across functions.

In her concluding remarks, Ms. Pooja Shri Chouksey, Executive Director, LNCT Group, lauded the energy and dedication of the participating teams. She also acknowledged CII’s critical role in promoting excellence and competitiveness across sectors.

The competition witnessed exemplary performances, with the team from John Deere emerging as the winner. The second prize was jointly awarded to Vardhman Yarns and Gabriel India Ltd, while VE Powertrain and another team from John Deere shared the third position.
