Bhopal: On Monday, in village Bachora under Gautampura police station area of Depalpur tehsil, four women beat a woman of the locality badly, tore her clothes and took her around the village. The villagers made a video of this and posted it on the internet media. As soon as the information about the incident was received, the police reached the spot, arrested the four women and sent them to jail.
According to the information, on Monday afternoon the accused Lakshmi went to the victim’s house with three women and started arguing with her. Lakshmi said to the victim, why did you take my mother-in-law to Mandsaur? The dispute escalated and Lakshmi along with her female companions started beating the victim with sticks and pipes. After this, her clothes were torn and he was paraded around the area.
Gautampura police station TI Sangeeta Solanki told that the accused Lakshmi was already angry with the victim. She used to talk to her mother-in-law. We have registered a case against the four accused women under sections 354A, 452, 323, 294, 34 and arrested them.
