Kolkata, (UNI) Zee Bangla, Bengali entertainment channels, will air the 10th Edition of its iconic quiz show, Dadagiri Unlimited.
This season promises to be bigger, bolder and more exciting than ever before, with cricket legend Ganguly returning as the charismatic host and renowned filmmaker and Zee Bangla’s Non – Fiction Head, Avijit Sen making his Dadagiri Unlimited directorial debut, according to a media release.
Dadagiri has been a cultural phenomenon in Bengal since its inception, and this season promises to take the excitement to new heights. The show’s tagline for this year is “Bangali Lorey, Bangali Gorey, Bangali Aajo Dadagiri Korey”, reflecting the spirit of the Bengali’s pride and camaraderie.
Dadagiri Unlimited Season 10 brings a fresh approach to the show that it has proved to be, with an open grand audition held every month along with WhatsApp registration for auditions, allowing aspiring contestants from every corner of Bengal to participate. This season also introduces the innovative “Pocket Audition” concept, reaching all districts, and forming dedicated teams to scout talent in each district.
In a unique initiative, Dadagiri Unlimited Season 10 is engaging with 250 schools across Bengal, led by quiz experts from each district where auditions took place, providing an unparalleled platform for young minds to showcase their knowledge and quick thinking. This initiative has been christened as Schooley Schooley Dadagiri. The winners from these schools will be participating in the Rest Of Bengal Zone, for the first time.
There will be 6 participants playing from the podium. The remaining 18 districts will be represented by school students (Class 6 – 12), senior citizens, office goers, ladies’ forums, etc in every episode. In each episode these 18 people will play for their districts and earn scores. There was a separate registration process for this zone.
Dadagiri Unlimited Season 10 will have 6 rounds – Toss, Powerplay, Cover Drive, Googly, Bapi Bari Jaa & Step Out. For the first time a Super Over option is being introduced for the participants. Here, each participant will have an option of doubling their score if they use their Super Over in any particular round. This can be used only once in the entire game and has to be opted for by the participant prior to the commencement of that particular round. The participant’s podium will be lit up differently when he/she chooses this.

Amongst the new introductions, there will be one audio visual question related to Bengal or achievements by any Bengali in every episode of the show. For the very first time some Live options, including musical performances, have been introduced which will make Dadadiri Unlimited Season 10 all the more captivating.
With over 650 episodes being telecast, Dadagiri Unlimited has become a household name in Bengal in its decade long journey. The witfully hosted episodes of Dadagiri Unlimited made the audience glued to the screen. Dadagiri Unlimited Season 10 promises to be an unforgettable journey of knowledge, passion, and fun, as it continues to inspire and entertain audiences across Bengal.
From October 6, 2023, Dadagiri can be watched only on Zee Bangla every Friday & Saturday at 9:30 pm.
