New Delhi, Mar 18 (UNI) The Delhi High Court on Monday granted permission to Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Sanjay Singh to take oath as a Rajya Sabha member on Tuesday.
The court has directed the jail authorities to take Sanjay Singh to Parliament for oath-taking tomorrow.
Singh was elected as a Rajya Sabha member for the second time in January but could not take the oath as the court did not grant him permission to do so, citing the pending case in the Privileges Committee.
