Operation Sindoor Showcased a New, Powerful India to the World : CM Yadav

  • Chief Minister Addresses Tiranga Yatra in Bhopal
  • Citizens from All Communities and Religious Leaders Participate in the Procession from Roshanpura Square
Bhopal, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, Operation Sindoor has boldly demonstrated the courage and valour of India’s armed forces to the entire world. He declared that Operation Sindoor will not stop—India will strike down any terrorist, even if they operate from within our territory.

Dr. Yadav made these remarks while addressing a large public gathering following the Tiranga Yatra (Tricolour March), which began at Roshanpura Square in Bhopal on Thursday evening. The yatra saw enthusiastic participation from religious leaders, citizens from various communities, and public representatives.

The event was graced by prominent leaders including MP Shri V.D. Sharma, MP Shri Alok Sharma, Shri Mahendra Singh Ji, Minister Shri Vishvas Sarang, Bhopal Mayor Smt. Malti Rai, MLA Shri Rameshwar Sharma, Shri Bhagwandas Sabnani, Shri Rahul Kothari, Shri Sumit Pachauri, and Shri Ravindra Yati, among others. Citizens carrying the national flag joined the procession in large numbers, displaying unity and patriotic fervour.

The Chief Minister stated, “No power in the world can stop India from progressing. Our democracy is growing stronger. We have gathered here to honour the armed forces.”

He emphasised that Operation Sindoor showcased India’s advanced weaponry, unity, valour, and determination. He added, “The entire nation is celebrating. Through these Tiranga Yatras, a strong message is being sent across the world. It is our proud moment—Bhopal, the heart of India, stands at the centre of this resurgence.”

Highlighting the military’s achievements, Dr. Yadav remarked, “The Rafale jets performed brilliantly. Our armed forces displayed historic bravery. This was India’s fourth war after Independence, and under Prime Minister Modi’s leadership, the three defence services together crushed Pakistan in just four days—a feat never seen before.”

He continued, “In the blink of an eye, BrahMos missiles destroyed major airbases one after another. Pakistan was left clueless. On that night at 11:30 PM, when Pakistan’s Prime Minister went to speak to their President, he could not even utter a word.” Quoting the Prime Minister, Dr. Yadav said, “Don’t provoke India—but if you do, we won’t spare you.”

He emphasised that this is a new India—capable, determined, and willing to eliminate its enemies no matter where they hide. “India will strike inside enemy territory,” he asserted. He noted that Operation Sindoor has now become a globally recognised military strike.

MP Shri V.D. Sharma remarked that the armed forces eliminated terrorists in a swift counter-operation. Referring to the 22 April Pahalgam attack, where terrorists attempted to desecrate symbols of Indian womanhood, he said, “India responded by destroying Pakistan-sponsored terror camps.”

He added that Bhopal has come out onto the streets carrying the Tiranga to honour our forces, and Prime Minister Modi has resolved to track down and eliminate terrorists anywhere in the world to safeguard the dignity of Indian women.

Religious leaders and citizens from all communities stood united in reverence for the national flag and the armed forces. The program concluded with a vote of thanks by Shri Ravindra Yati.
