- CM Yadav to launch major investment & employment initiatives
Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh is set to witness a significant leap in industrial growth, skill development, and employment generation as the grand Regional Industry, Skill and Employment Conclave (MP RISE 2025) kicks off in Ratlam tomorrow, June 27th. Led by Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, this conclave is poised to be a milestone in fulfilling Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of self-reliance, job creation, and entrepreneurship promotion in the state. MP RISE 2025 will be instrumental in shaping an ‘Atmanirbhar Madhya Pradesh’.
A day of groundbreaking launches and dialogues
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav will inaugurate the MP RISE 2025 Conclave in Ratlam and simultaneously perform the Bhoomi Pujan (groundbreaking ceremony) and dedication of employment-generating industrial units in Rewa, Sagar, Alirajpur, and Pithampur.
The conclave, themed “Successful Entrepreneurs, Prosperous Industries, Inclusive Development,” is a collaborative effort with active participation from the Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME) Department and the Department of Technical Education, Skill Development & Employment. The Industrial Policy and Investment Promotion Department is the primary organizer.
During the event, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav will distribute job offer letters to deserving youth and Letters of Intent (LoIs) for land allocation and investment projects to industrialists. He will also engage in direct dialogue with beneficiaries from selected districts and honor three top-performing banks for their outstanding contributions.
Billions in investment, thousands of jobs
The conclave marks a pivotal moment with the Bhoomi Pujan of 16 new industrial areas worth Rs 243 crore and the inauguration of 11 state clusters. Financial assistance exceeding Rs 2,400 crore will be distributed to over 200,000 beneficiaries.
Key highlights include the signing of MoUs between the MSME Department, Walmart, and ONDC, alongside the issuance of Letters of Intent for investment proposals totaling Rs 2,850 crore, projected to create over 5,450 new jobs. Over 2,500 participants, including MSME entrepreneurs, bank representatives, skilled youth, departmental officials, and investors, are expected to attend the conclave, signaling a vibrant future for Madhya Pradesh’s economic landscape.
